What is ITR Coaching?
‘ITR coaching is a series of supportive, non-judgemental conversations focused on achieving your goals, increasing your self awareness and helping you become the best version of yourself you can be.’
This inevitably involves change. And change can be challenging.
The sand dunes of the Sahara rise over a hundred metres and cover many thousands of kilometres. If we take an aerial photograph of the dunes and return a year later, we would find the contour of the two landscapes completely different. The sand dunes have dramatically shifted. Momentous change has occurred, yet the dunes did not move in one almighty tectonic shift, but rather grain by grain.

Matthew Ralli
In the Round founder Matthew Ralli, has over fifteen years experience in the Irish Arts sector working as an actor, writer, theatre director and producer. He is the Artistic Director of Speckintime. In the corporate world he hones his communication and coaching skills working with Dan Long Associates for corporate industry leaders.
How to access ITR coaching
ITR is building relationships with Arts funders and private businesses to provide opportunities for Irish artists to apply for heavily subsidised and at times complementary coaching sessions. These opportunities will be advertised when they become available and it is up to individual artists to apply.
Outside of this, artists and artistic companies are welcome to approach ITR for bespoke coaching sessions. We provide a free introductory 30 minute session to discuss your coaching needs and how ITR can help.
ITR offers a range of coaching plans, starting with a four session career plan, to longer plans and ongoing career and life coaching.
